Baby Squirrel

The birch tree in our yard that 2 years ago had a Western Screech-Owl nest looks like was used this year by squirrels. We saw what looked like 3 baby squirrels outside the cavity today, including this one. I can't identify exactly what looks different than the adult, but they all had a baby-look to them.
