Bullock's Oriole, and gull eating seastar

This oriole was originally thought to be a Bullock's, and then was thought to possibly by an Orchard Oriole.  After much discussion and consultations with various experts, it was felt to be an unusual-looking Bullock's with far more yellow on the belly than is usually seen.
